Azar Meszaros currently serves as the managing director and designated broker for MEB Commercial Management Group. She brings 24+ years of property management experience, highly developed skills in asset management, capital planning, training, revenue enhancement, leasing, acquisition, disposition, due-diligence, and accounting along with exceptional client relations. She has been responsible for the management of office and retail in Arizona and Nevada.

Azar received the Certified Property Manager Designation (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2012 and has served on the board of directors for IREM Phoenix Chapter. She holds an active Arizona real estate broker license, and is a designated broker for MEB Commercial Management Group.

Brent brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate and property management experience to MEB Commercial Management Group, with a proven track record of delivering cost-effective operations, maintaining strong occupancy rates, and generating consistent revenue. He has successfully managed diverse commercial property portfolios throughout the Western United States and has extensive expertise in negotiations, tenant relations, operations, and strategic management practices focused on maximizing the performance and long-term value of real estate assets.

Brent’s commitment to the industry extends beyond property management. He served nine years on the Board of Directors of the IREM Phoenix Chapter, including five years as Secretary/Treasurer. His leadership and dedication were recognized with the prestigious President’s Choice Award on two occasions. Brent brings a wealth of experience, industry knowledge, and a results-driven approach to every property and client he serves.

Delinda Mills currently serves as Property Manager in Commercial Retail for MEB Commercial. She brings 15+years of property management experience highly developed skills in accounting, along with exceptional client relations. She has given back to the community by volunteering at the local food bank St. Mary, along working with Habitat for Humanity. James Lehmuth serves as the Director of Accounting at MEB Commercial Management Group LLC, where he has been a valued member of the team since 2019. In his role, James oversees the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls, helping ensure financial accuracy while supporting the organization’s long-term strategic goals.

Before beginning his career in accounting, James proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 2004 to 2008. His military service instilled the principles of discipline, integrity, accountability, and leadership, which continue to guide his professional approach.

James holds a degree in Accounting and combines his technical expertise with a commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement. He is dedicated to building strong financial processes, developing collaborative teams, and providing the financial insight needed to support sound business decisions and organizational growth.

Mason Meszaros brings a strong background in business, financial analysis, and risk management to MEB Commercial Management Group, where he joined the team in 2025. He earned his degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University and continued his professional education through Harvard Business School, completing advanced training in Financial Accounting.

Prior to joining MEB Commercial, Mason worked in the Fraud Department at Wells Fargo, where he distinguished himself for his exceptional ability to identify inconsistencies, analyze complex information, and detect potential issues. As a top performer within his department, Mason developed a keen eye for detail and a disciplined, analytical approach to financial oversight. He brings these skills to MEB Commercial, where his business acumen, financial expertise, and commitment to accuracy contribute to the effective management and long-term success of client assets.

Tifani Medrano serves as a Commercial Assistant Manager, playing an integral role in the day-to-day operations and management of commercial properties. With a strong focus on tenant satisfaction, property maintenance, and operational efficiency, she works closely with tenants, vendors, contractors, and ownership to ensure property needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
