Libby Ekre is a Principal of MEB Management Services an Arizona based AMO Firm which manages Multi-family and Commercial properties as well as Residential Homes. Libby oversees MEB’s quality assurance, training, HR and talent management. She is the Executive CPM for the firm and holds an Arizona real estate license.
MEB manages more than 23,000 multi-family units and over 1.5 million square feet of office and retail space.
Libby has served in a variety of leadership positions in the industry, including Regional Vice President for IREM and board member of the Turn Around Management Association as well as a two term President for the IREM Greater Phoenix Chapter. Libby is currently serving as a 2019 Executive Committee Member for IREM. She is a leader who believes in giving back, providing stewardship for an international children’s outreach program and is a regular volunteer for the House of Refuge in Phoenix.
Scott spent 15 years with Greystar Real Estate Partners in a variety of roles primarily serving as the Chief Financial officer of the property management division of the company overseeing in excess of 400,000 units and more than 4,000 people. He was the driving influence behind several initiatives and played a key role in Greystar’s acquisition of Riverstone Residential Group.
Throughout his career Scott has been responsible for the legal, risk management, property management accounting and financial reporting, development and construction accounting, fund and partnership reporting and IT departments. A graduate of Arizona State University, he began his career in Phoenix with CBS Investment Realty, KOLL and Insignia Residential Group before relocating to Charleston, South Carolina and then Tampa, Florida to join Greystar. Additionally, Scott was a principal with Shelton Residential, formerly Shelton Cook, where he lead the company through a handful of major technology initiatives and added talented staff to the financial team.
Azar Meszaros currently serves as the managing director and designated broker for MEB Commercial Management Group. She brings 24+ years of property management experience, highly developed skills in asset management, capital planning, training, revenue enhancement, leasing, acquisition, disposition, due-diligence, and accounting along with exceptional client relations. She has been responsible for the management of office and retail in Arizona and Nevada.
Azar received the Certified Property Manager Designation (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2012 and has served on the board of directors for IREM Phoenix Chapter. She holds an active Arizona real estate broker license, and is a designated broker for MEB Commercial Management Group.
Tyrel Williams serves as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate for MEB Commercial Management Group. He is a seasoned professional with a rich background in real estate management, risk management, and business operations. Tyrel brings a wealth of experience from his professional career serving in several positions of high responsibility with leading companies such as CB Richard Ellis, Coldwell Banker Commercial, University of Utah, and Allstate Insurance Company. In those roles Tyrel has managed multimillion-dollar commercial real estate portfolios, overseen several large construction and development projects, and managed risk through insurance strategies for various property owners and businesses.
Tyrel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Facility and Property Management, and he has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). He also holds active real estate and insurance licenses in Arizona.
Tyrel loves to serve his clients, team, and community, and he has applied that passion through serving in several leadership positions with various organizations. He has served multiple terms on the board of directors for local IREM® chapters in multiple states, as well as many committees for IREM®, BOMA, and other community organizations.
A native of San Diego, Barry Manuel is responsible for strategic technology planning to accommodate business growth objectives for all of MEB’s companies. Barry plays a significant role in driving MEB’s strategy of creating value utilizing technology and leading change management.
Barry joined MEB in 2018 after 20+ years of experience in the multifamily industry. He earned a Master of Science degree in Information Management from Arizona State University.
Susan Kauffman’s expertise is in marketing, sales, and strategic customer relationships. Her background is in property management, training, corporate relocation and outreach, and market analysis.
Susan holds an Arizona real estate license and is a member of Arizona Association of Economic Developers.
Gaylan Hanson is an expert in construction supervision with 30+ years of experience in the industry holding both CAMT and AZCC Master Meter Operator’s Certifications.
Gaylan’s expertise in construction project assessment to create maximum value for clients has made him one of the most respected construction industry veterans in the business.
Wendi Bergeson is a Human Resource Executive with 20+ years of progressive experience in human resource. Her areas of expertise include Health & Wellness, Employee Relations, Policy Formulation, Training & Employee Development, Labor Laws and Legal Compliance.
Wendi currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for MEB Management Services and MEB Commercial. She is dedicated about providing HR solutions for her employer as well as team members. She is a passionate leader who believes in leading by example and empowering others to succeed.
